NEHT places clinical liaisons in major teaching hospitals to facilitate new referrals and manage nursing costs effectively through contracts with all major payers including: Harvard Pilgrim Health Care, Aetna/US Healthcare, Fallon, Blue-Cross/Blue-Shield, HMO Blue and Health Net Military.

Home infusion therapies include: antiemetics, antihemophiliac, aerosolized Pentamadine, biotechnology, blood products, catheter care, chelation, chemotherapy, colony stimulating factor, growth hormone, hydration, inhalants, inotropics, antibiotics, immune globulin, pain management and steroids.  Nutritional services include: home enteral therapy, home oral nutrition therapy, home parenteral nutrition therapy and home dietitian consults.
